Icewind Dale II (2002) returns players to the frozen north of the D&D Forgotten Realms. Set thirty years after the events in Icewind Dale, your party of up to six adventurers must triumph against a new evil. Luckily, goblinoids, not undead, are the menace. The adventure is centered around the town of Targos.

Icewind Dale II

As in Icewind Dale, you create your entire party (up to six characters) and the story is focused on the party’s exploits, not an individual party member. Multiplayer for up to six players is again supported. The characters start at first level and can advance as high as 30th level. You will not be able to import your characters from previous Icewind Dale or Baldur’s Gate games. You will have many more options when creating characters. Twenty races and subraces can now be chosen including the Half-Orc and Drow Elf. The Barbarian, Monk and Sorcerer classes have also been added in Icewind Dale II.

I have 2 purchased copies (by me) Icewind Dal II. I have had the for a long time and play them a lot now some reason neither set will allow me to open, play, install or unistall from the disc I have. I now longer have the orinal keys but it does not ask for the key by gives me one (1) of several comments that I do not know how to interpret. any suggestions as I was in the middle of a game when it quit and started the error messages. Could the disc be scrambled if someone tried to run the wrong disc 2 with the program disc 1?
